The Only Authentic NYC Style Hot Dogs in the Kingdom!

rocky's new york style hot dog cartRocky Pluso, his wife Michelle and their 6 children have embraced the NEK and brought a little bit of their Brooklyn culinary culture with them!

The family had run the hot dog cart in an New York City Park for fun,  and when they found themselves in the Green Mountains, that taste of the city was something they knew would bring in the people.

Starting with 100% Beef Sabrett hot dogs (an NYC must have) the family sticks with tradition – steaming the dogs and piling them high with traditional toppings.

A must try topping is the onions in red sauce – a tomato base with large chunks of sauteed onions added right in – something you can’t find anywhere else in the Kingdom!

Michelle said that this red sauce and sauerkraut are the NYC hot dogs traditional toppings.

They also have homemade chili, bringing chili dogs and chili-cheese dogs to the menu.

The Sabrett beef hot dogs are a bit thinner than Hot Dogs served in the area, but that’s what  allows you to add on the toppings!

Mustard, Ketchup, relish, onions, Sabrett’s onions in red sauce, sauerkraut, chili, chili-cheese, and more are available from the cart.

And the family has the perfect drive through set up.

A driveway that circles the house let’s you pull in and around the building, placing you right next to the cart. The family takes your order car side, or you can park and come up to the cart.

Those in a hurry can get a quick and delicious lunch in just a few min. And since each dog can be topped differently, customers get a variety of flavors with one meal. Then you’re on your way back to work, or to the adventures of the NEK.

Those looking for a more leisurly meal can enjoy the picnic table as they devour these tasty treats.
