Hidden throughout the NEK are Chefs that bring International Food to these green mountains. One of those Chefs is Chef Nadev, adding Mediterranean inspired cuisine and traditional Israeli meals to the menus and diets of the NEK.
Though born in America, Nadav grew up in Israel. His career as a cop was stressful and uncreative, so he turned to cooking to decompress and a new passion was born.
“When I put a plate of food in front of a customer, and they dig in, and you see the smile on that person’s face…I know that is what I am here to do.”
Weekends he can be found at local farmers’ markets, serving up crowd favorites.
Offering a special delivery service, Nadav drives throughout the NEK to deliver Medeterranean inspired cuisine to hungry diners. During the winter months, he offers a weekly menu with Friday deliveries. Thoughout the busier warmer months, this drops to once or twice a month. He says that this is his comfort food, and it was something he wanted to share with the people of his new home, Vermont.
And sometimes he does a pop-up venu in the area.
“I am making my little piece of earth of better, with food,” he said, and he does! Just ask the people that line up to see him on market days.

Free delivery to anywhere between Craftsbury – Newport and St. J – Montpelier weekly through the winter months. Menu changes at the beginning of every week. Order by Wed. for a Fri. delivery.
